Kuykendall Group Camp
1 Davidson River Circle
Pisgah Forest NC 28768
Take State Highway 280 south to Brevard.
At US 276/64, Highway 280 Junction, follow US 64 west through Brevard to Cathy's Creek Road (Forest Service Road 471).
Take a right, then a quick left, and go 1 1/4 miles to campground entrance gate.
$10 per person goes toward water, fruit, tea, decoration, tp, warm weather campground rental, indoor space rental, equipment costs, generator/gas, and all the factors that allow us to create, share, and sustain the Asheville Full Moon Gatherings in their ever evolving community.
Also, as a community we encourage all participants to bring their cultural gifts. If you are interested in presenting visual art, performance art, or ritual, please do so. If you would like to present a larger installation, please contact a member of the community to see about creating space or defining time to share with us all. Our gatherings are created by all in attendance, the talents and arts they bring, and wonderful people who donate their time and energy toward coming together every month!
Each full moon we gather from dusk until dawn to celebrate the cyclical, cosmic interplay of life through music, dancing and ritual under open sky . Our purpose is to experience joy, to heal ourselves through movement and to embody the truth of each moment through sound. Every gathering is an opportunity for us to practice living and breathing at a higher vibration, to acknowledge our unity of spirit and to ground this collective experience through our bodies and into our daily lives. We invite you to co-create this experience with us. We share a cultural identity that is rooted in a global, social phenomena beyond specific musical genres or religious associations. As we continue to grow, we will communicate and collaborate with our larger community around the world, celebrating our differences as well as our unified purpose to heal and to manifest The Vibe.
